Hi Nigel!
Those are awesome choices! To make sure you're on time, you should be at the restaurant at least 15 minutes prior to your reservation. Since you mention you have designated seating at Fantasmic, I would recommend you arrive at the amphitheater at least 30 minutes before show time.
It's been my experience that strollers are parked outside the restaurant and high chairs are usually available at most restaurants. Strollers are parked right next to the amphitheater where Fantasmic takes place. For more information about dining, click HERE.
