    Wes, Thank you for the phone number and info to contact the Wild Africa Trek Cast Members. When I called I was greeted by an answering machine. Is this always the case? Or is there a certain time to call to reach a Cast Member?

    Hello Michael!



    When I spoke to the Cast Member who gave me the Wild Africa Trek phone number, she said that I would more than likely have to leave a message.  However, I was so excited someone answered!  My recommendation is to call around 3:00 PM EST.  That is when I called, so maybe they are in the office to answer the phones at that time.  If you don't hear from them in a day, I would continue to call and leave messages until a Cast Member contacts you.  If you leave another message, I would make sure you let them know of your "TOP SECRET" plan and the urgency of the information you are requesting!    



    All I know is that Disney's customer service is incredible, so I KNOW they will get back with you!
