hi Wes, we will be visiting Disney in March, myself, my 2 yr old son and mother; we want to stay at an inexpensive hotel and still be able to have fun on a limited budget. Where would you recommend we stay and should we have dining pkg

    Hello Nathalie!

Walt Disney World offers a wide range of resorts for any budget.  For guests looking for affordable accommodations, I would highly recommend any of the three Disney All-Star resorts or Disney's Pop Century resort.  Each Disney All-Star resort is creatively decorated with either a movie theme, a music theme, or a sports theme.  The theme of Disney's Pop Century is 20th Century popular culture.  Based on these four themes, I would choose a theme that best fits your family's personality or interest.  For more information about any of these resorts, please check out the Value Resorts webpage.

To answer your question about the Disney Dining package, I need to ask you a few questions.  Have you thought about where you want to eat?  Do you want to experience any of the Disney Character Meals?  These are very important questions because they factor into your budget.  If you want to experience several Disney Character Meals and eat at some nice sit-down restaurants, then the Disney Dining plan is the best option and will save you money.  If you are fine with eating fast-food type items, love desserts, and enjoy a snack during the day, then the Quick-Service Disney Dining plan is a good option.  If you are not interested in ordering dessert with your meal or snacks during the day, then I would recommend not purchasing the Disney Dining Plan.  Check out the Disney Dining Plan options webpage to further help you in your decision.

If you have other questions, please let me know!

    Have a MAGICAL day!
