There werre no fastpass selections left when we tried to get one for flight of passage - which we attempted 60 days before our resort stay - any suggestions on how to get fast passes for that ride? I see it’s usually a two hour expected wait time...

Hi, Colleen! I feel your frustration. Avatar Flight of Passage is probably the most difficult FastPass+ selection to get. I've got a vacation coming up in less than two weeks, and still haven't been able to snag one.

I can give you some tips that may help you get one before your upcoming trip, and I have a tip or two for those of us not lucky enough to have one of our FastPass+ selections for this attraction.

First, keep trying. I know it's frustrating, but log in every day. You never know when you may luck into a cancellation. I also recommend checking the day before you head into Disney's Animal Kingdom. People have to change their vacation plans all the time, and you never know when someone may have had to leave a day early and left FastPass+ options open, or someone may have changed plans and decided to go to a different park at the last minute. Keep checking!

In case you don't get that coveted FastPass+, you are going to have two options to help beat the 2-hour wait. First, you might want to try to get to the park EARLY. If you can go during Extra Magic Hours and still arrive at the park 20-30 minutes sooner, do it! I know people who have cut their wait time to about 30 minutes. But if you're just not an early bird, be a night owl. Head to the attraction JUST before park closing. It has been my experience that at the very end of the day, the wait time is less, and the posted time may be even a bit longer than the actual wait.

    Have the very best time!
