I am so sorry that you couldn’t make your planned
Walt Disney World Resort vacation, as that is never a fun situation to experience.
If you were able to get a refund for the cancellation, you could make another reservation that fits into your current schedule. If you still have access to the theme park tickets, the value of those tickets is still valid. Just call (407) 566-4985 so that a Cast Member can provide you with the details associated with the purchased tickets. If there is a price difference associated with the new dates, you will pay the balance of that ticket purchase. Once you have the tickets, you can link them to your
My Disney Experience account. Regarding the airline, I recommend reaching out to the airline in question because we also had a last-minute flight cancellation last year, and the airline provided a credit for the unused tickets.
