We went 4yrs ago, but are traveling for 1st time with a toddler (21m) (+8y). Trying to figure out how to manage naps (~11am). Even w/ getting to parks first thing, seems like little time for much else before hotel return (disney bus). Stroller naps bad?

    Hi Amanda!

Naps can be tricky at Walt Disney World, especially when you have one child that naps and one that doesn't.  When my daughter was still napping, we let her sleep in the stroller and stayed in the park.  One of us would stay with her while the other took my son on some attractions while she slept.  Depending on which Walt Disney World Resort hotel you are staying in, it could eat a big chunk of time out of your day to go back and forth in the afternoon.  No one knows your child better than you, so if you think a stroller nap will work for your toddler, I say go for it to maximize your park time.  Find a quiet corner with a breeze or grab a drink and snack for yourself and hang out in a Quick-Service restaurant with air conditioning.  I suggest purchasing a stroller fan that clips on if you are visiting during the warmer months.

    Have a magical day!
