Hi Connie,
How exciting, I see that you will be visiting Walt Disney World this fall. Guess what, me too! I am super excited to visit the
EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival presented by CORKCICLE. I always like to have an empty stomach before I head over to the festival so that I will have room to
sample all of the delicious offerings as I make my way through the Global Marketplaces.
It's great to hear that you have complimentary tickets to visit Walt Disney World. Without knowing your specific details, I can help you with some general tips and tricks to see if we can link your complimentary tickets to your account. However, if my suggestions are not helpful you can always call the phone number for
Existing Tickets and explain your details and a helpful Cast Member will walk you through what to do.
Most complimentary tickets have a Ticket ID which is a series of letters and numbers that you can use to link your tickets to yourself in your
My Disney Experience account. Whatever source that provided you with the complimentary tickets should have this listed for you somewhere. If you have an email from them, try looking there to see if you have this information located there. Once you have your My Disney Experience account made and your ticket ID number located, you can sign into your account and navigate to the section entitled "My Plans". In this section, hover over the "Park Tickets" icon and you will see the drop-down option for "Link Tickets". From there, follow the prompts to link your tickets. After your theme park tickets are linked, you will be able to make your
Disney Theme Park Reservations to visit the theme parks.
I hope this information helps you with your vacation planning. If you have any further vacation planning questions, please come back and visit us here at planDisney. We are always happy to help you plan your next Magical adventure.
See Ya Real Soon,
Brenda
