    I went to WDW in Sep/2011, I bought the Memories Vacation Package, that includes a 20 pages of a Photo book (photopass). But I lost my voucher with the code to earn the photo book for free. I contacted the Photo Pass, and they can`t to anything help me pls

    Hi Christiane,

    I'm sorry to hear that you lost your voucher for a free photo book.  That must be very frustrating. 

    If you've already called the fine folks at Disney Photo Pass and they are unable to assist you, I have only one additional option for you to explore.  Call the travel agent or Disney reservation office who booked your vacation package.  Have your vacation package confirmation number in hand and ask if they can either look up your voucher code or provide you with an alternate one.  This route might be a long shot, but I think it's worth giving a try.

    I'll keep my fingers crossed that this works for you and that you'll be able to get your free photo book.
