I am sorry you’ve had a problem to download your photos. Disney PhotoPass Photos, dining photos and attraction photos in your account expire 45 days from the date the photo was taken.
Unfortunately, Disney doesn’t offer options for permanent storing photos and expired photos are deleted from the system.
If your Disney PhotoPass photos were taken in less than 45 days, but you can’t see your photos online linked to your Disney account, I suggest you contact
Disney PhotoPass Help & Support by calling (407) 560-4300. I am sure they will do their best to try to help you.
