When we went to reserve for Planet Hollywood for March 28 they said that they only were taking walk-ups. Does this mean it is already full or its just a slow time? Thanks a lot.

I believe the Planet Hollywood in Downtown Disney only accepts reservations for parties of 15 or more. You will be seated at the next available table according to your check in time at the podium.

While advance reservations are not accepted, some coupon books offer VIP seating coupons. This allows you to skip the line and get the next available table ahead of all the walk-ins. A quick search of the internet will lead you to these coupons. Note that some places try to sell them to you but they are readily available in many Orlando discount books.

During lunch time or in the afternoon, we have never had to wait long to be seated at Planet Hollywood (even without the VIP access pass). It is a very large restaurant. Don't forget to walk around and look at the exhibits. Wander to the second floor for a good view of the exhibits hanging from the ceiling.
