    I went to reserve Mickey's Backyard BBQ and it has the option to pay with my dining plan but also says it needs a credit card guarantee because advance payment is required. Does this mean my card will be charged right away or is it to just be on file?

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! You're going to love Mickey's Backyard BBQ! The BBQ offers all-you-care-to-enjoy country style food. Barbeque ribs, smoked chicken, hamburgers, hot dogs, corn on the cob, macaroni and cheese and much more are served during the rollicking Hootin' Tootin' Hoedown! You'll have the chance to meet and get photos with Disney Characters, dance to live music from a country band, and watch some cowboy rope tricks! Your whole family will have a boot stompin' good time!  

    The system should be able to recognize the Disney Dining Plan on your Reservation in your My Disney Experience account. If it doesn't then I suggest calling (407) 939- 4357 to speak to a Cast Member and make sure the Dining Plan shows on your My Disney Experience account. Once it shows in the system, you will still have to provide a credit card number as a guarantee, but it will not charge you for the Reservation. Please note that two (2) Table-Service meal entitlements for each person dining at Mickey's Backyard BBQ will be redeemed from your meal plan balance.
