Hello! I went to renew my annual pas but the discount seems to be 10 percent instead of the 15 percent in the article. How can we renew for the 15 percent? Any help would be appreciated! Thank You! Vickie

Hello, Vickie, and welcome to planDisney! How exciting to renew the magic of your Annual Pass! I've been a Walt Disney World Resort passholder for a year now, and I keep asking myself why I waited so long! My favorite perk was the opportunity to experience the preview of TRON Lightcycle / Run Presented by Enterprise. I think that's my new favorite attraction at Magic Kingdom Park

Vickie, I have a confession to make: I'm not very good at math! But I spoke to a helpful Cast Member who confirmed that the current renewal discount for Annual Passes is 15%. If you've double-checked your math and still feel the discount you're receiving is incorrect, the Cast Member suggested you call the Annual Passholder Line for help.

If you have any thoughts about upgrading your current pass, you might want to wait until April 20, when all Annual Passes will go on sale. You can upgrade to a different pass level at that time if that is something you'd be interested in doing. Annual Passes have been paused for a while, and we don't know how many will be available during this re-opening. I love my Pixie Dust Pass and probably won't upgrade, but it's the perfect time to do so for anyone interested.

I hope you can secure a practically perfect pass, Vickie, and please stop by planDisney anytime.

    Magic awaits,
    Elaine
