Ahoy there, Ayisha! Welcome aboard planDisney! It sounds like you've got a European cruise just over the horizon, so I'll keep the dad jokes stowed like the life vests, and we'll dive right into your question!
When it comes to ensuring you are cleared to sail -
whether sailing from the US, Canada, or Europe - the process of uploading your vaccination documentation can be a stressful part of planning your cruise, especially when you run into issues like you have! For cruises departing from the US, Guests make use of the Safe Passage app, but for those embarking from Europe, the Sail Screen website by Prenetics!
Now, ordinarily, I'd suggest reviewing the "
Know Before You Go" information, but it's obvious you've already checked that off the pre-arrival checklist! So it's time to set a new course!
You're within the two-week timeframe where Sail Screen by Prenetics should be accepting submissions for your cruise, so my best advice would be to contact them directly at sailscreen@projectscreen.co.uk. Here's a bonus planDrew-approved tip: any time I contact either Disney Cruise Line or any of their official partners, I always am sure to put my reservation number and last name in the subject line of the email, just so they can reference that right away in any response!
I wish I had more assistance to offer, but going straight to the source is the best way to see those magic words: "Clear to Sail" before you head off to your adventure on the high seas. Thank you for your question Ayisha, and if you run into others in the next few days before embarking, please drop me another line here at planDisney!
Until then, bon voyage!
Andrew
