How exciting! Your
Walt Disney World Resort vacation is just around the corner! I will also be visiting the resort in February. I love that the weather is cooler but still warmer than where I'm from in the northeast. Since you're from Massachusetts, you can likely relate!
If you are having difficulty finding where to make a payment on your
My Disney Experience account, first make sure that your hotel reservation or vacation package is
linked to your account. Once you are sure that everything is linked, you should be able to select the My Plans option from the My Disney Experience drop-down menu. From there, you should be able to see your reservation details with your confirmation number and remaining balance. There should also be a blue "Make a Payment" link. This is where you'll be able to make a payment toward your balance.
Sometimes technology doesn't always cooperate and I have also had the experience of not seeing the balance and option to make a payment. At times, I have found logging out and then logging back in to my account has helped. If this does not fix the problem, the best thing to do would be to
reach out to a friendly Cast Member and make a payment over the phone. They are always willing to help and would happily provide you with your balance and make a payment toward your balance.
