Disney's Hollywood Studio's Tower of Terror

    I went to Hollywood Studios yesterday. Jan 17 .I bought the memory photos, is Fantastic but I only see the Half of the pictures. How long take have all my pictures available to Download, thanks

    There are a couple of things that might cause your Disney PhotoPass Service photos to not show up in your My Disney Experience Gallery. First, ensure that everyone in your party has current and charged DisneyBands. If you're using your mobile phone, make sure that Location Services are turned on, and that your phone is not in a battery-saving, "low power" mode. If you've double-checked these items, please visit this page for helpful information about recovering the photos. 

    Since you've purchased Memory Maker, don't forget to use the new Disney PhotoPass Lenses during your time in the theme parks! From attraction photos to classic snapshot spots like Cinderella Castle, there are endless places to get that perfect photo!
