    So, we just went on our very first Disney vacation and we are in LOVE! We didn't get the dining plan and kind of wished we had. I heard there was a week where the dining plans were FREE. When is that?

    I am happy to hEAR you had a magical first visit to Walt Disney World Resort! You are correct that Special Offers are released throughout the year and can include room, tickets and even a free Disney dining plan. These promotions vary from year to year with terms, conditions and dates. For example, there was an offer for select dates this summer where Guests could take advantage of a free quick-service dining plan when they booked a Magic Your Way Vacation Package while a fall offer included a different dining plan with a booked a package.Check the Special Offers page often as offers are frequently updated. If you see a promotion that is perfect for your family, then act quickly as there are often a limited number of rooms available, especially when offers include free dining. 

    To make sure you receive upcoming offers and promotional emails, be sure to update your profile preferences in your My Disney Experience account. Also, keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog to stay up-to-date with Disney Parks information from around the world.
