When we went to DW in 2009 we had some trouble finding Photo Pass photographers. I have already ordered the CD for when we go on 11/12/11 and want to maximize my purchase. Where can I be sure to find photographers and they are so creative with the photos

Those PhotoPass folks do like to get creative with their shots, Dorothy!  As for where to find them, here are a few spots to check:

    - Most character meet and greet opportunities have a photographer on hand.
    - There are usually three locations staggered in front of the Tree of Life at Animal Kingdom.
    - There is a "temple" that mimics the shape of Expedition Everest, on the right-hand side as you're walking there from Asia (not Dinoland).  Check for a PhotoPass opportunity there.
    - Multiple locations in front of Spaceship Earth at Epcot.
    - There's usually a PhotoPass photographer stationed at the bridge near the International Gateway in Epcot.
    - During special events (like the food and wine festival, for instance) you can often find a PhotoPass opportunity in front of any specially-themed topiaries at Epcot.
    - Multiple locations in front of Cinderella Castle.
    - Typically there will be a photographer available along the walkway to Tomorrowland.
    - Multiple locations in front of the hat at Hollywood Studios.
    - At least one location on Sunset Blvd. at Hollywood Studios, near Tower of Terror.

This isn't an exhaustive list, and you'll probably encounter more than I've mentioned, but it should give you a great start!
