I went down to WDW in December 2010. My husband got ill while we were down there and was not able to go with us, so I still have his card/ticket that has never been used. My question is, Is it still good? And if so, for how long?

    Hi Amy.

I'm sorry to hear that your husband became ill during your last vacation at Walt Disney World. I certainly hope that he's much better now.

If the Magic Your Way Park Ticket that you purchased in 2010 included the No Expiration Option at the time of purchase, or if you added that feature on to the ticket prior to your departure, then the Ticket is definitely still valid. Other types of tickets, if completely unused, may still be valid also.

If you're unsure about the type of ticket you purchased, call the Ticket Services Department at 407-566-4985, Option #5 and a Cast Member there may be able to assist you by telephone. Have your physical ticket in your hard at the time of your call as you'll need to quote information on the ticket or numbers.

If the Cast Member is unable to verify the ticket by telephone, you'll need to present it to a Guest Services location at one of the four parks or Downtown Disney during your next stay. There, a Cast Member will be able to properly access the ticket's information and advise you on what is or isn't available on the ticket at this point.

Thanks for visiting the Moms Panel with your question Amy.
I hope you'll visit me again soon.

Wishing you a Magical time on your next Walt Disney World vacation!
