I went to Disneyland on May 27 and had to cancel reservations for the 28th. My second ticket expires on June 10 and there are no available reservations. What can I do to not lose all of that money?

    Hello, Holly!

Welcome to planDisney. I’m so glad to hear you were able to enjoy a day at the Happiest Place on Earth recently. I hope you had a perfectly pixie-dusted time being immersed in the magic!

I’m so sorry your plans changed and you had to cancel your second theme park reservation. As you know, multi-day tickets must be used within 13 days of the first day they’re used for theme park entry or by their listed expiration date, whichever comes first. Disneyland Resort theme park tickets are non-refundable and can’t be downgraded, but if you have more questions about this policy, I suggest calling the ticket helpline at (714) 781-4636. You can speak directly with a Cast Member about any possible options that may be available to you considering the circumstances.

I hope this information helps, Holly, and that your next Disneyland Resort visit is practically perfect in every way! Please feel free to write back to us with any other questions you have.

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
