    Went to Disney World on 11/14 & 11/15; returned to California & December I had Covid & was hospitalized and am now still recovering. I went to get our Disney app pictures and they are all gone...are you able to help me recover them, please?

    I appreciate you bringing your question to planDisney.  I'm so sorry to hear about your recent hospitalization and continued health challenges.  Getting better is your top priority and I hope you are feeling stronger every day.  Let me share what's known about accessing pictures from a recent Walt Disney World Resort vacation.  

    According to the expiration policyDisney PhotoPass pictures can be viewed in My Disney Experience up to 45 days after the date and time the photo was taken.  There is an option to purchase a 15-day extension, which brings the expiration date to 60 days after the photo's timestamp.  Since your travel dates were in the middle of November, you are technically beyond both expiration dates, which explains why you are unable to view your photos now.  As soon as you are able, I encourage you to speak to a Disney PhotoPass Cast Member at (407) 560-4300 about your specific situation.  Disney Cast Members are the heart of the magic and I know they will do everything in their power to help.
