    Hello, I went to Disney World in 2023 and bought a loungefly backpack. A year later I realized it still has the security tag on it! I am going to Disneyland next month. Will someone be able to remove the security tag for me?

    Thank you for reaching out to planDisney. I am sorry to hear that the security tag was accidentally left on your backpack! I cannot resist purchasing Disney-themed backpacks and water bottles. I have one for just about every occasion!

    I recommend calling or emailing Merchandise Services to explore your options. Make sure to have your receipt handy, and they can tell you the best way to handle this situation. I am sure you are eager to use your new backpack! 

    Have you visited the Disney Store website lately? They have some adorable new Loungeflys! The Mickey Mouse Holiday Lights Loungefly Mini Backpack is calling my name, and my kiddo wants the Disney Villains Glow-in-the-Dark Loungefly Mini Backpack. It glows in the dark! How cool is that??

    It looks like you are arriving at Disneyland Resort in the midst of Halloween Time. This spooktacular time of year is one of my favorites! I suggest reading the Disney Parks Blog Halloween Foodie Guide to see what treats might be at the top of your "must-try" list. I cannot wait to eat the Fantasyland Garlic Cheesy Brat from Edelweiss Snacks, and the Hazelnut Brownie Tart with Chocolate Frosting from Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe looks delicious!
