We went to Disney several years ago & have 4 day park hopper tickets leftover with no expiration, but can't remember how many days we used on the tickets. Also one of the tickets for ages 3-9, but the kids are over 10 now. Any ideas?

    Hi Sarah,

My sister had this exact issue a couple of years ago with some no-expiration tickets that were almost 10 years old. She was able to call Walt Disney World and give the ticket numbers to find out how many days remained on her passes. Then she emailed copies of the tickets and they were converted to electronic tickets and added to her My Disney Experience account.

She just needed to bring the tickets with her and show them at a Guest Relations window when she arrived.

I don't remember what number she called, but I would suggest starting with the line dedicated to questions about existing tickets: 407.939.7523. They should be able to help or to point you in the right direction. You also can email ticket.usage@disneyworld.com. You'll find the instructions here.

Thanks, Sarah, for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. Please let us know if we can help with anything else as your vacation nears. Enjoy!
