We went to Disney in Orlando in May, and my daughter really wanted Ariel's autograph. We used a fast pass at Ariels Grotto, but found it was just a ride, and not a meet and greet? Where do we meet Ariel and get her autograph, going back next week!

Hi Tiffany! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

I know how excited you must be to be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort again so soon!

It sounds like you dove into the sea with Ariel and friends on the ride Under the Sea - Journey of The Little Mermaid during your last vacation. This attraction does such a great job of telling the story of Ariel's adventures and my kids love to dance along with the lively music! But you are correct, no meet-and-greet in this attraction. I have good news though! Right next door to this ride is Ariel's Grotto where you can meet Ariel, as well as take pictures and get her autograph.

When looking at Under the Sea - Journey of The Little Mermaid, you'll find Ariel's Grotto to the right of the attraction. To be completely honest, I didn't see Ariel's Grotto myself during my first couple of trips to the new Fantasyland in Magic Kingdom Park! If you have trouble spotting it, simply ask a Cast Member nearby and they can direct you.

Another great way to meet Ariel is at a Character Dining experience. Akershus Royal Banquet Hall, Cinderella's Royal Table and the Bon Voyage Adventure Breakfast at Trattoria al Forno are all spots where this princess has been known to mingle with Guests.

I hope this helps, Tiffany! Let us know if you have any other questions!
