We went do Disney (Orlando) for 6 days this month, and I found all the pictures we took with my photopass, excepted the one we took at Mickey Very Merry Christmas Party. I'm pretty sure we use the same photopass. Am I doing something wrong ?

Hi Cecilia! Thank you for visiting the Walt Disney World Moms Panel.

PhotoPass pictures from Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party should work the same way as any other photos taken at Walt Disney World. If you are having trouble finding a certain picture, contact Disney's PhotoPass directly at their Contact Us page. Here you will find links to help you troubleshoot your missing picture issue and email the PhotoPass team for assistance if needed.

I hope you discover your holiday picture soon.
