    We went to Disney last year at the last minute and were lucky enough to see and do everything we wanted to. We are thinking of going back next year. How much time in advance is typical for booking and planning? Thank you!

    How fantastic that you were able to enjoy everything you had dreamed of during your past, last-minute trip to Walt Disney World! I'm so happy to hear that you're already thinking about planning a return visit.

    Currently, Magic Your Way Vacation Packages can be reserved as far out as December 31st, 2013. I highly recommend reserving as far in advance as you can! That way, you have so much more time to budget and save, make plans for special experiences like Character Dining and so much more.

    I generally like to plan my own family's trips 9-12 months out, sometimes even longer than that. I've booked as far as 16 months out myself!
