I'm sorry to hear that your
cruise photos are showing watermarks! I understand how important those special cruise memories are to you and your sailing crew. I wish that I could wave a magic wand and clear them all for you. If you are still dealing with this issue, I recommend that you contact Disney Cruise Line's Guest Communication Team via email. Their email address is dcl.guest.communications@disneycruise.com.
You can bulk download your photos by selecting the check marks in the top right-hand corner of your displayed photos. Once all of the photos you wish to download are selected, the download button will be in the upper-right corner of your screen. As a tip, it's a good idea to temporarily turn off any pop-up blockers while downloading your photos from the website. I hope that helps and those precious photos are soon in your possession.
