Hello, Matthew!
Great to see you aboard at planDisney! I also went on my first Disney Cruise when I was a teenager, and that was definitely a while ago...I'd love to help you plan a new cruise as the Captain of your own crew!
I'm happy to report that once you have sailed with Disney Cruise Line
you are officially in the Castaway Club and your benefits don't expire! Since it sounds like you don't have your Castaway Club ID, here are some things you can try:
- Sign in to your Disney account on the Disney Cruise Line website.
- Navigate to the Edit Profile page.
- In your profile, make sure your last name is spelled exactly as it appeared on the passport or proof of citizenship used for your prior Disney Cruise. For you, that may have been a birth certificate. You can update your name here to match if it's different.
- Also check that your birthdate matches your proof of citizenship from when you sailed last. If it isn't, you'll need to contact the Disney Cruise Line Web Resolution Team using this form.
If you're still not seeing your Castaway Club ID, don't worry. You can get help resurfacing your account information by
sending a message here or calling (800) 449-3380, Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM ET, or weekends 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM ET.
Being a
Castaway Club Member comes with some great benefits, like booking new itineraries before they open to the public, making reservations for Port Adventures and onboard activities sooner, and a fun welcome gift in your stateroom!
Let me know if I can help you find more buried treasure, Captain Matthew!
Keep moving forward!
Amanda
