    We went to crystal palace one of our last stays at Disney and we never received a signature card? I'm framing all our character dining cards and that's one we don't have. Can one get mailed to us?

    Hi there Morgan, and welcome to planDisney!

    As I'm writing to you from a special spot near Main Street, U.S.A. there's a real feeling of excitement and wonder in the air as I watch folks and families alike stroll down and make their way out from their meals at The Crystal Palace! I dropped by as I made my way around on a Magic Kingdom Park visit today to ask the Cast Members working there about how you might be able to complete your collection of autograph cards:

    • Whenever a guest misplaces their special autograph card, they can typically inquire directly at The Crystal Palace or even at the Guest Relations Lobby to see whether they can procure one from Winnie the Pooh and his pals - so if you know anyone visiting the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks, they can easily request for a new one and even send it to you from the mailbox located right outside City Hall!
    • Alternatively, you can attempt to send a letter through the mail to ask for an autograph card from The Crystal Palace at the following address (I recommend including a self-addressed envelope including postage for perhaps a better chance of receiving a response, though it is still also never guaranteed):

    Here's hoping that the Cast Members on the other end of each of these options can make a little magic and get you those autographs you seek from our friends in the Hundred Acre Wood! I've also noticed that some folks and families have found some luck in connecting with fellow guests in online groups who just might have a spare one of their own lying around that they might be able to send your way.
