    We went to cancel our platinum passes due to state travel restrictions, and the agent assured us something “magical” Was going to be in the next email sent out and said to Wait. we did. Nothing happened but our passes expired 2 days ago. What should I do?

    Thank you for sending your question to planDisney.  I wish I could send you some virtual magic to help make up for having to cancel your Annual Passes. We, too, had to cancel our Walt Disney World plans, and I understand how disappointing that can be.  For my family, we've taken to talking regularly about our favorite memories from our Walt Disney World vacations and have been brainstorming our new list of must-dos when we return to help us "keep moving forward."  We've decided we need to make it a combination of family favorites to experiences we haven't done in many years.  Please don't take away my Mickey Ears, but would you believe I don't remember that last time we saw the Country Bear Jamboree?
