    In the welcome package I am purchasing for my kids includes a autograph book however I was told that they will not deliver it to the room until the second day.. Can I return the autograph book from the package for a refund b/c they will already have one?

    Hi Meechelle! I am excited you have chosen one of the wonderful Disney florist welcome packages to surprise your kids. I have done this many times for my grandchildren and they continue to talk about them and they truly think that Mickey was in their room! Most of these packages do come with an autograph book and it is part of the package so you can't get refunds for it. But we have never been disappointed with the addition of another one in our household. The kids actually started using one per trip and dating them so they know. They fill in and color empty pages with their own pictures and memories and have pasted photos of some of these memories making it their own personal small scrapbook. The packages can't be delivered on your arrival day due to last minute room changes. If you had an issue with your room and the room was already decorated you would be disappointed because you couldn't change at that point. So the florist chooses to have Mickey come and visit at a specific time when you are out on the first full day of your vacation. Trust me that the surprise is just as big and wonderful and they go all out to make your room very special!
