Welcome new panelists! (And welcome back to returning panelists.) Love all of your advice. Which would you recommend for lunch with 2 DD (5&9) - Sci-Fi Drive In or 50s Prime Time?

    Hi Felicia,

Thanks for the compliment!  We love helping guests plan the best vacation possible!

Both restaurants are a lot of fun, but if I had my choice, I'd go with 50s Prime Time.  The Sci-Fi Drive In always seems eerily quiet - probably because guest are busy watching clips.  Also, the cars require you to sit in rows behind each other; it doesn't really invite any dinner conversation.

50s Prime Time Cafe is bright and cheerful.  "Mom" or "Dad" will be your server and be on hand to make sure you eat all of your vegetables before having dessert.  It's fun watching old TV clips from the 50s, and the dessert menu is presented on a View Master.  This is one of my favorite restaurants!  The PB&J shakes are really popular, but I have to say I'm more of a Vanilla Coke kind of girl.

Hope this helps. Have a magical vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Diane, Georgia

After spending 25 years in RI, my husband and I relocated to GA with our youngest, who is now in high school. I took my first trip to Walt Disney World when I was 11 and I have traveled many times since then with all different party sizes. From creating our first itinerary as a honeymooner to later creating magical experiences for our multigenerational family gatherings, every aspect of planning a vacation has been pure joy to me.  Learn More About Diane
