Welcome Foolish Mortals to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I’m so excited to hEAR that you will be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort very soon Sarah!
The Cabins at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort seem like the perfect combination of the outdoors and Disney! I have yet to stay in Cabins at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort, but I know my family would love it so it is on our “must-try” list!
The Wilderness Cabin includes; 1 queen bed, 1 bunk bed, and 1 double size sleeper sofa. In total, the room sleeps 6 adults! After checking with The Wilderness Explorers, it seems that there is no set weight restriction on the bunk bed. When we travel, it’s usually the younger kids who want to climb up and sleep on the bunk beds, which is great news for me! Good thing this Cabin has options closer to the ground! The mattresses on the bunk bed are standard size twin mattresses. So they are approximately 39” wide X 75” long.
If you find that you are wanting to avoid a bunk bed, check out the Family Suites at
Disney’s Art of Animation. Those Suites also sleep 6 adults without the use of a bunk bed! No matter which
Disney Resort Hotel your family chooses, I’m sure you will enjoy the comforts Disney has to offer. Don’t forget the other
amazing benefits offered to Disney Resort Hotel Guests like; early access to FastPass+ planning, Extra Magic Hours, Complimentary MagicBands, and
Disney Dining Plans!
Hurry Back, Hurry Baaaack!
