Greetings, Irene, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I’m so glad you’re hEAR!
As the mom of three young Mouseketeers, I am also the owner of a double-wide stroller, so I’m more than happy to help you with your
Stroller Rental question. I checked with a Cast Member, and was told that the single, jogging-style rental strollers have a recommended capacity of 50 pounds or less. In addition, the double, tandem-style strollers have a recommended capacity of 100 pounds or less. To give you an idea of what to expect, the single stroller includes an adjustable shaded canopy, cup holders, and a small storage section on the back of the seat. The double stroller offers two adjustable canopies, and a small storage area underneath the front seat. You’ll find Stroller Rentals located to the right of the
Disneyland Park Main Entrance, adjacent to the Kennel. I recommend tying a balloon or ribbon to your rental stroller to help it stand out from the sea of strollers in Stroller Parking areas outside the
attractions.
If you prefer to opt for a length-of-stay stroller rental, you are welcome to do so through the
Disneyland Resort's featured provider, ScooterBug, a private mobility rental company in the local area. ScooterBug can deliver your stroller to your
Disneyland Resort hotel, too, for added convenience! Simply call (800) 726-8284 to pre-order your stroller.
Since you’re traveling with little ones, I also recommend getting familiar with the
Baby Care Centers, located inside both theme parks. I have been using them for the past eight years, and am so thankful for the help they have provided! Stop by the Baby Care Centers to nurse or change baby, pump, or purchase any baby necessities.
Please stop by with any additional planning questions, Irene, and I’d be happy to help. Hope to see ya’ real soon!
