Hi there, Susan! Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question. You must be very excited that your magical trip is coming up soon!
Susan, there is no maximum weight or height for the
attractions at
Disneyland Resort, however some attractions have restraint systems that must be properly in place for safety, so you might need to assess the ride vehicle to determine a comfortable fit. I recommend asking a friendly Cast Member at the attraction – they are very helpful and will ensure your comfort, enjoyment and safety are top of mind.
My panel pal
Tony gave another Guest helpful advice about certain attractions and body types – he mentioned that Astro Orbitor at Disneyland Park and Goofy’s Sky School at Disney California Adventure Park have more limited passenger space in their ride vehicles, and Splash Mountain at Disneyland Park requires a large step down from the boarding platform, which may be a consideration. He also mentioned that certain attractions have an accessible experience allowing any Guest to participate, regarding of physical considerations, so it’s always good to consult a Cast Member at the attraction about options.
Susan, I hope this information is helpful. Disneyland Resort is so deeply committed to ensuring every Guest feels the magic, even if they experience it in different ways. I hope you find your special type of magic, and please do ask Cast Members for advice along the way, as they are genuinely vested in making sure you have a wonderful and magical day.
Wishing you a wonderful visit - adventure is out there!
