What is the weight limit for the AquaDuck? I've read about some guests getting stuck because they are too light, so I would like to ride it with my husband but I'm worried that with the two of us it will be too heavy. Do you know what the weight limit is?

    Hi Marci,

I rode the AquaDuck aboard the Disney Dream in January and it was amazing fun!  You're going to love this unprecedented aquatic adventure.

I've checked a number of sources and it appears that there is no weight limit, per se, for the AquaDuck.  Rather, there are height (54 inches for single riders and 42 inches for tandem riders) and age (children must be at least seven years old) requirements.  When I sailed on the Dream I noticed that typically adults rode alone unless accompanied by a child.  That's what I did.  I summoned the strength to ride the attraction solo.  It was great!  My advice to you would be to plan to ride the AquaDuck alone, but ask the cast member operating the attraction how light a passenger would need to be in order to increase the likelihood of being stuck.  I predict you'll find his or her answer reassuring.  Anyone who is four-and-one-half feet tall can ride the attraction alone so one would imagine that you could ride it without incident even if you are very light.

Have an amazing cruise on the Disney Dream!
