How much weight do the Disney strollers hold? Looking to rent a double stroller for my 5 and 6 year old children. Each weigh about 47 pounds. Also...is there a way to purchase theme park tix online AND reserve/pay for stroller rental in same transaction

    Hi Amy!

I am sooo glad that you are going to rent a stroller for your two little ones!  Few people realize just how much walking is involved at the theme parks - enough to wear out anyone!  I have never seen a weight limit posted about the strollers at Walt Disney World; however, I have read that a typical double stroller is intended to carry about 100 lbs.  A double stroller rental at Walt Disney World is about $31.00 per day plus tax at this time.  OUCH!  You can save some money buy renting them for your "length of stay."  Regardless of how many days you purchase, you can't pay for them or even reserve them until you get to the parks.

If I may make a suggestion, I LOVE Orlando Stroller Rentals!  If you visit their website, orlandostrollerrentals.com, you can view all of the strollers, reserve the one of your choice and pay for it beforehand.  These strollers are excellent quality and I love that you have them 24 hours a day, rather than returning them when you exit the park.  The actually deliver and pick up the stroller directly to your resort!

Have a wonderful vacation with your kiddos!
