Welcome back, dear Antoinette!
Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. You have already given
us a magical day with your visit!
I'm hoping to give
you a magical day by sharing that the
attractions at the Walt Disney World Resort do not have weight limitations, so there's no need to worry about that!
Some of them, though, may impose security restrictions. A few rollercoasters, like the
Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, for example, use lap bars to protect Guests, and they have to be securely lowered before the attraction starts. If the lap bar cannot be completely locked, you may not be able to enjoy a specific attraction for security reasons.
If weight or size may make you or a family member uncomfortable before boarding an attraction, don't hesitate to talk to a Cast Member before joining the queue. Some attractions offer test seats so that you can experience the physical settings before you enter the line, and the Cast Members are always happy to help Guests use them.
I hope that you have a wonderful time at the
Walt Disney World Resort in May, Antoinette! I'm so happy that your trip is almost here! May is just around the corner!
As more questions come up before you arrive, please, don't hesitate to come back. We will be here to help you make the most of this fantastic vacation!
May the magic be with you,
Julie
