Our weeks worth of ADRs are reserved on my friends credit card. We have the dining plan. Will they automatically charge the tip to their card, or can we have 2 separate bills so they are not stuck paying for the entire tip? There will be 4 adults, 3 kids.

    Hi Nicole!

Welcome back!  When making your Advanced Dining Reservations, a credit card is used to guarantee your dining reservation.  The card used will not be charged unless you do not make your dining reservation and then a cancellation fee will be charged.

Once you arrive at your dining location, the Cast Member will ask to see a Key To The World Card (or MagicBand) from each party in order to separate the cheques.  At the end of your meal, each party will be able to add gratuities as well as choose the method of payment.  Your friend will not be charged your portion of the gratuity.  Please remember that because your dining party is larger than six people, a gratuity of 18% will automatically be added to each of your cheques.

Please let me know if you have any other questions as your Walt Disney World Resort vacation approaches.  I would be happy to help!
