    Just 3 more weeks until vacation!!!!! Quick question. Can we buy our FL residents tickets at the window or do we have to buy them before we go? I just noticed it says no discounts will be given at window and I've always purchased online before. THANKS

    Hi Regina!

     Absolutely buy your tickets in advance, rather than at the window on the same day, to get the Florida Resident rate! Sometimes for those last minute trips, I'll even call in or go online the day before, and purchase my tickets that way. Tickets will be ready for pick up the next day at will call. While you will still need to stop at the ticket window, you'll save a few bucks having kept your discount! Don't forget to have Florida Resident ID handy for each person in your group (though any little ones should be fine without).
