Hi, 4 weeks until our first trip to Walt Disney World. Can't wait! We're staying at Coronado springs in 2 rooms, and need them connecting or at least next to each other. Do you know how can I request this and when? Thanks so much.

Hi Gemma, the countdown to the magic is on! I just know you are going to have so much fun staying at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort.

There are 2 ways to make a room request on your reservation. Once you start the online check-in process you'll be able to select up to two room requests for your stay.  You can check-in online up to 60 days in advance. If you haven't done so already, I'd go ahead and do that so you can be sure to get your request noted as soon as possible. The other option is to call (407) 939-1936 and have a Cast Member manually add a note to your reservation. If this room request is a must for you, I'd recommend doing both options. It can't hurt to be doubly prepared. While room requests are never guaranteed, Cast Members try their best to accommodate.

If you get a chance while you are staying at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort, I'd highly recommend enjoying some fun in the sun at the Dig Site which is home to the Lost City of Cibola pool. It's an amazing area built around a 50-foot replica of a Mayan Pyramid. There is a super fun waterslide, poolside activities, Siesta's poolside bar and a sand volleyball court. You can also find Walt Disney World's largest outdoor hot tub with enough room to fit 22 people. It's a must do to add to your list!

I hope this helps! If you have any other question before your trip, please feel free to come back and ask.

Meet the Panelist: Jackie, North Carolina

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
