In 3 weeks I want to take my soon to be adopted daughter to Disney, where do you recommend we stay for an extra special princess experience?

    Hi Jennifer!

My husband and I are also adoptive parents so, I know how very special this occasion is for your family. I can think of no better place to celebrate your soon-to-adopted princess joining her forever family than through a trip to Walt Disney World!

While all of the Disney resort hotels offer unique theming and provide 24/ 7 immersion in pixie-dust, I'd highly recommend the NEW Royal Guest Rooms at Disney's Port Orleans Riverside. Princess Tiana has hosted her royal friends from around the world in these elegant rooms and each special guest has left behind a cherished memento to mark the visit. Guests can discover a treasure trove in the immersive room decor, from the stars of animated films such as “Aladdin,” “Beauty and the Beast,” and “The Princess and the Frog." I had the opportunity of touring one of these rooms during Moms Panel training last December and I was hooked on these rooms as soon as I saw the ornately decorated beds with headboards that glitter with a fiber optic "fireworks" display!

Wishing you a magical Walt Disney World vacation and congratulations on the new addition to your family!
