Hi, Naomi Nicole!
Thank you for contacting planDisney, and congratulations on the upcoming arrival of your little one! Enjoying a "babymoon" at Disneyland Resort sounds like a great plan!
Lightning Lane Multi Pass usually cannot be refunded or transferred in my experience. However, I recommend speaking with a Cast Member at one of the
Guest Relations Kiosks in Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park to explore options. You can find them by looking for the large Green umbrellas located at different spots throughout the parks or by searching on the
Disneyland mobile app. On the app, click the teardrop-shaped pin at the bottom of the screen, and choose "Guest Services" from the drop-down menu at the top. I have often found the kiosks near Central Plaza on Main Street, U.S.A. in
Disneyland Park, and at the Information Station on Buena Vista Street in
Disney California Adventure Park.
You might be able to utilize your Lightning Lane Multi Pass on some attractions if you decide to keep it (after checking with your doctor, of course). Attractions on the Disneyland app can be filtered by age, physical considerations (including "Expectant Mothers Advisory"), and other options. Family-friendly attractions in Disneyland Park that currently use Lightning Lanes include Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters, "it's a small world," Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railway, and Pirates of the Caribbean. In Disney California Adventure Park, Lightning Lane attractions suitable for most family members include The Little Mermaid - Ariel's Undersea Adventure, Monsters, Inc. Mike & Sulley to the Rescue!, Soarin' Around the World, and Toy Story Midway Mania!
Naomi Nicole, have a wonderful visit to Disneyland Resort! Do not hesitate to reach out to planDisney again if you have other questions!
Magic Happens!
Jen
