Ahoy there, Samantha. Firstly, congratulations on your pregnancy! What an exciting time for you and your family.
There are two Port Adventures at the Atlantis that involve dolphins:
Atlantis Dolphin Cay Playtime with Dolphins and Aquaventure (N27) and
Atlantis Dolphin Cay Swim in Wonder and Aquaventure (N49). Unfortunately, neither are suitable for expectant mothers, as stated in the "Know Before You Go" section of the Port Adventures.
Another option is for your family to visit Blue Lagoon and take part in the
Blue Lagoon Island Dolphin Encounter (N21) or
Blue Lagoon Island Dolphin Swim (N41), depending on the age of the kids in your traveling party. While you cannot take part in these excursions, you can book the
Blue Lagoon Island Dolphin Observer (N22) to observe and take pictures of your family's dolphin encounter from about 30 feet away. This must be booked with the dolphin encounter or dolphin swim. Also, note that if you have family members 12 and under for the dolphin encounter or dolphin swim, an adult 18 years or older must also be booked on the same excursion. If your family members are 13 to 17, your being booked for the observer excursion is sufficient.
Samantha, I know this is a lot of information, and I hope it helps you and your family plan for the best vacation ever on Disney Cruise Line. My

Happy Planning!
