Hey there, Juanita!
From one Legacy Passholder to another, thank you for visiting
planDisney with your question. I’m so excited for the Disneyland Resort theme parks to reopen on April 30, 2021! It sounds like you’re as eager as I am to get back to the magic.
I’m not sure if you’re aware, but the
Disneyland Resort permanently ended the Annual Passport program a few months ago, so previously-held Passports are no longer valid for theme park admission. However, Passholders who had active Passports as of March 14, 2020 are now Disneyland Resort
Legacy Passholders and entitled to some magical perks until new membership offerings are announced! You may also be eligible for a partial refund due to the sunsetting of the Annual Passholder program, and the amount you might receive is based on factors like how much you paid toward the Passport, any refund already sent, and when your Passport was activated.
If you purchased it with a credit card (with or without other forms of payment), a refund will be issued to the credit card you used. If you had a monthly payment program contract, any applicable refund will be returned to the most recent credit card on file. Guests who used another form of payment, like cash or a
Disney Gift Card, should be issued a refund by check that'll be mailed to the billing address given at the time of Passport purchase or renewal. If you think you’re eligible for a refund and haven’t received one yet, please call (714) 781-7277 to confirm your contact information with a Cast Member.
I hope this answers your question, Juanita, and that you’re able to plan your next pixie-dusted visit to the Happiest Place on Earth very soon! Please send us any other questions you may have.
Wishing you magic,
Courtney
