    9 weeks to go!! Staying at POR, requested building 14 in alligator bayou section. Noticed that they do nightly campfires and movies. What do I need to bring? Stuff for s'mores? Blankets? Any other tips about the resort would be great! Dd11,dd5,ds3

    Hi Mandy!
    I must say that Port Orleans Riverside is my absolute favorite "Moderate" resort on all of Disney property, so good choice!
    Movies out under the stars are held most nights (weather permitting) after the campfire and singalong. Marshmallows are complimentary while supplies last ,and build-your-own S'mores kits are available for a fee. I would recommend a blanket or something comfortable for and your family to cuddle up on as you enjoy the festivities over at Ol' Man Island (the pool complex for the resort).
    Speaking of Ol' Man Island, it is a GREAT pool complex to take a break from park touring and recharge tired little legs. I also think that the POR food court is one of the better ones on property.
    For a roaring good time, see if you can find a seat for YeeHa Bob, who entertains guests of all ages in the lounge on most Thursday nights. It is a blast!
