4 weeks to go and getting very excited! Can we ask , From Downtown Disney , is there a Bus Service to a Shopping Mall in International Drive or would we have to get a taxi? (If so is there a taxi rank and could you advise on an approx cost?)

Yeah! Four weeks until you fly across the Atlantic to visit the mouse!

There is not a bus that runs from Downtown Disney to anywhere in Orlando outside of Walt Disney World Resort. You may take a taxi or rent a car. A large taxi company, Mears, has a taxi fare calculator on its website. Search  Mears-Orlando in your browser, click on Taxi Services on the home page menu, then access the taxi fare estimator on the left hand side. This will give you an idea of how much cab fare will cost to International Drive from your resort.

If you wish to rent a car for the day there is a car rental counter in the Car Care Center near the Magic Kingdom. Two companies, National and Alamo, offer rental cars. Call (407) 834-3470 to inquire.

Yes Alan you may ask! Please ask the Moms Panel as many questions as you desire. We love to answer them.
