2 weeks ago I purchased a 3 day park hopper using my military ID for a discount. I only ended up using 1 day. Has the ticket expired? (Does it need to be used within 2 weeks of first use?) In the case that the ticket has not expired can I give it to niece

Hi there, Maggie! Thanks so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. I hope you had a fabulous day exploring the Disneyland Resort!

Not only are Military Promotional Tickets offered at great prices, but these tickets don't have the same expiration policies of general theme park tickets. Usually, tickets must be used within 13 days of the first day of use. With military tickets, you can use your multi-day ticket throughout the year except on specified black out dates. So, the remaining two days of your ticket can be used again any time between now and December 19, 2017, when all military tickets expire for the year.

The only catch is you will actually have to be the person using your ticket, you won't be able to gift it to your niece, unfortunately. The rules state that military tickets must be used by the same person on any and all days.

In the future, if you want to visit the Happiest Place on Earth with your family, you can purchase up to six Military Promotional Tickets. You would need to be with them the first time the tickets are used, and then the group can split up if you wish. Also, don't forget about the PhotoPass Collection Product available to members of the military for an amazing promotional price of just $49!

I hope this helps clarify things for you. Please stop by again if you have any other questions!
