Weeks ago I bought our DisneyAfterDarkTickets for March 2019 @125$each. I realize now that we want to buy Annual Passes for the rest of the day tickets. Can we be refunded/credited in some way the 30$ difference in price (annual pass members pay $30 less)

    Hi Rebecca,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us another great question!

Typically, when you purchase Special Event Tickets for something like a Disney After Hours event, no refunds or price adjustments are possible. But, it’s always possible that an exception can be made, especially if you ask nicely.

Here’s what I would recommend: please visit Guest Relations at any Theme Park or at Disney Springs as soon as you can after your arrival. Explain the situation to them and see what they can do. They might be able to do something for you and apply the Annual Passholder discount to your tickets. And, even if they aren’t able to grant all of your wishes, they’ll be able to upgrade your Theme Park Tickets to Walt Disney World Resort Annual Passes and at least you’ll be on your way and able to enjoy your “Passholder Perks” for the rest of your visit.

I hope my answer helps you plan your upcoming year of Magic at Walt Disney World Resort. As always, please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions.

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
