Is the weekend after Christmas a very busy time? Is it really crowded? Trying to plan a 1st time trip to Disney

    Howdy, Shaylin!

Want to experience the most magical time of the year at Walt Disney World? Visit during the Christmas holiday! This is my absolute most favorite time of year to visit Disney. The decorations smell and sights are the best you will ever see!

Anytime around the holiday season is going to be very busy. The week of Christmas, after Christmas and New Year's Eve and Day are the busiest of the year.

If you want to visit when the crowds are low, I would suggest visiting the first two to three weeks before the Christmas holiday. Schools are out for the holiday, and many families spend their entire Christmas holiday at Walt Disney World and will welcome the new year in with Mickey and his pals.

Shaylin, if you have more questions about planning your first Disney vacation, please visit with us again. Take a few deep breaths and know that we are here to help!

    Happy planning!
