Hey there, Tabitha! Welcome to planDisney! I'm so happy that you've stopped by with your great question.
Well, it sounds like the magic is calling you, Tabitha, and I'm so glad that you are answering the call! The magic called me, too, and I've been an Annual Passholder since 2015. I absolutely love knowing that I can just make my
Theme Park Pass Reservations and head to my happy place on a whim. I'm so excited for you to have a year full of magic, and I'm thrilled to answer your Annual Pass question today!
There are four
new Walt Disney World Annual Passes that you, as a Florida resident, can take advantage of - the Disney Pixie Dust Pass, the Disney Pirate Pass, the Disney Sorcerer Pass, and the Disney Incredi-Pass. The Annual Pass that is comparable to the former Florida Resident Weekday Select Pass is the Disney Pixie Dust Pass, as it is valid for use most weekdays. As its name suggests, there is extra pixie dust with this Pass, because although the sales of new Annual Passes are currently paused, the sales of new Pixie Dust Passes remain available for Florida Residents!
Did you know that you can add on the Water Park and Sports Option, where you can enjoy a year's worth of the water parks, golf, footgolf, miniature golf, and
ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex (when available), to your Annual Pass?! While prices are subject to change, right now, you can add all of this to your Annual Pass for $99 plus tax for the whole year, AND there are no blockout dates for this Option. So, when you are blocked out of the four theme parks with your Pixie Dust Pass, you can enjoy the water parks, sports and recreation around Walt Disney World Resort on the weekends. Magic unlocked all year long!
I hope this was helpful, Tabitha, and I hope you stop by any time with any questions you may have. I'm wishing you a year of fun, magic and memories!
I hope to see ya real soon,
Mandy
